ABOUT THE RACE
HURDLING ORIGINATED IN ENGLAND IN THE EARLY 19TH CENTURY, THE RUNNERS RACE OVER A SERIES OF OBSTACLES CALLED HURDLES, WHICH ARE SET A FIXED DISTANCE APART.
RUNNERS MUST REMAIN IN ASSIGNED LANES THROUGHOUT A RACE, AND, ALTHOUGH THEY MAY KNOCK HURDLES DOWN WHILE RUNNING OVER THEM, A RUNNER WHO TRAILS A FOOT OR LEG ALONGSIDE A HURDLE OR KNOCKS IT DOWN WITH A HAND IS DISQUALIFIED. THE FIRST HURDLER TO COMPLETE THE COURSE IS THE WINNER.

Show up for the fun of round robin play based on your skill level (DUPR or assigned rating). Wait time in minimal due to structured and timed play.
Designed for first time players we will review the rules and get you started playing the game. By the time you leave the court after an hour and a half you will know how to jump out on a court and play a recreational game!
A follow up to Learn to Play this course will work on not only serving and net play but will also begin to discuss drop shots and volley technique.
Building on Pickleball 101 you learn the fundamentals for the transition zone and how to approach the net to construct proper pickleball points.
Work one on one with any of our coaches for an hour.
Grab a friend or family member of similar skill level and work 2 on 1 with your coach for an hour.
You and 2 friends work on a structured lesson and game play plan with the coach of your choice.
