Participant Agreement, Assumption of Risk, Release of Liability, Media Release & Refund Policy

By registering for and participating in any league, program, tournament, drop-in activity, or other event hosted by 810 Sports Complex ("Facility"), I acknowledge and agree to the following:

1. Assumption of Risk

I understand that participation in sports and recreational activities, including but not limited to hockey, skating, stick & puck, pickleball, turf sports, fitness activities, and all other programs offered by the Facility, involves inherent and unavoidable risks. These risks include, but are not limited to, serious bodily injury, permanent disability, illness, disease, death, property damage, and other unforeseen hazards. I voluntarily and freely assume all risks associated with my participation, whether known or unknown, foreseeable or unforeseeable.

2. Release of Liability

In consideration for being permitted to participate, I hereby release, waive, discharge, and hold harmless 810 Sports Complex, its owners, officers, directors, employees, contractors, officials, volunteers, sponsors, affiliates, successors, and assigns from any and all claims, demands, causes of action, damages, liabilities, costs, or expenses arising out of or related to my participation in or presence at the Facility, including claims arising from the NEGLIGENCE of the released parties, to the fullest extent permitted by applicable law.

3. Participant Conduct & Facility Rules

I agree to comply with all Facility rules, league rules, posted signage, safety requirements, and instructions provided by Facility staff, officials, scorekeepers, referees, or league representatives. I understand that unsafe conduct, fighting, harassment, discrimination, abusive language, threatening behavior, damage to Facility property, unsportsmanlike conduct, or any behavior deemed detrimental to the Facility, its staff, officials, spectators, sponsors, or participants may result in immediate removal from the premises and suspension or permanent expulsion from Facility programs without refund.

4. Alcohol & Substance Policy

The safety of all participants is a priority.
