The 810 Learn to Skate Program is a fun and welcoming introduction to ice skating for beginners looking to build confidence and learn the fundamentals of skating.

Whether it's your child's very first time on the ice or they already have some skating experience, our program helps skaters develop their skills in a positive, encouraging environment.

Throughout the program, skaters will work on the fundamentals of balance, movement, stopping, turning, and overall skating control through instruction, activities, and plenty of time on the ice.

No previous skating experience is required!

What Skaters Will Learn

• Balance and proper skating posture

• Forward skating and movement

• Starting and stopping

• Turning and basic edge control

• Falling down and getting back up safely

• Confidence and comfort on the ice

Learn to Skate is a great starting point for recreational skating and for children who may eventually want to explore hockey, figure skating, or other ice sports.

Most importantly, our goal is to make learning to skate fun!
